The harbour is reopening!

Hope Cove is at its best with the reopening of the Harbour on Tuesday, April 1st! Summer has started early, and our kayak customers are already arriving. There’s a very positive feel this season, with lots of enquiries for kayaks, paddleboards, and weekly moorings.

The steps at the end of the breakwater have been refitted and will be put back in place any day now, along with the warning sign on the wall.

Everything seems to be costing more this year, and everyone’s expenses are spiraling out of control. It’s really important to Ali and me that our amazing little harbour remains affordable for all, so we’ve decided to keep the harbour dues the same as last year! ????

You can help us out – and keep yourself and your board or kayak safe – by purchasing a £10 yearly licence for any paddleboard or kayak you bring down daily. We’ll then give you an ID tag so that if it gets washed up, we can identify it before calling out Hope Cove Lifeboat.

Ali and I look forward to welcoming you to the friendliest harbour in the world! ❤️
